Rumour going around Carl Frampton and Avalos will be on a pay per view internet, absoloutley shocking if true.

If this comes to pass it will be another black mark against Team Frampton in terms of disregarding his southern Irish fans. So many people in the Republic still in 2015 have either very dodgy broadband or none at all. What about them?

Yeah it'd be terrible for making the fans pay to see him and on a laptop. If this comes to pass I guess it means he won't be going to sky anytime soon?

Some Belfast boxers doing the 'IBA salute' before/after fights. Can anyone tell me who the IBA are? Tried googling it but it doesn't seem to add up that these boxers would be linked to them..

Theres only so many people on the planet who consistently mix up "his" and "he's".

    Its a very fair assumption.

It's always been a bit of a mystery to me. Oz punches well above its weigh in overall sporting achievement. Plus there is that "macho" culture :oops:thing going on. The climate should suit training outdoors etc.
Good conditions for boxing ....you would think.
Yet they have never really been strong when it comes to boxing at all.
    I wonder why?

Surprised you haven't heard of Hogan lads, ive been keeping up with his career for a while now. He's decent, hardly a world beater, but he's entertaining and well managed. I wouldn't be surprised if he worked his way into a world title eliminator pretty soon.

As for his competition, its actually not bad. 154/160 are pretty strong divisions domestically for the Aussie's, so he's had a few decent test already. But Hogan has outgrown that scene now imo and should be going up a level soon.
