Only 23 years.... A little knowledge is a dangerous thing!

    Few FACTS for you sunshine:

    1. STB is correct (again, unusually enough for him :p he's on a roll lately ). I can confirm that Collins collapsed while sparring Howard Eastman, if Im not mistaken --> causing the Calzaghe fight to be cancelled.

    2. Rugby is a tiny minority sport here in he Banana Republic - played primarily in a few elitist fee-paying schools in Cork, Limerick Dublin - little or none elsewhere.

Now don't you have some sheep that need .....whatever it is you valley boys do with 'em?... :hi:

Actually Paddy, while he does need to grow up a bit (a lot?), that remark about the potatoes was about the only one from our friend that I actually enjoyed. Quite funny...IMO anyway!

I know its not on topic but Geale is almost 5/1 against Cotto on Betfair (Exchange no sports bet). I would recommend a lay against cotto which covers a draw also at those odds.

Would you mind elaborating a bit in plain English please for a casual occasional punter? What exactly should I do? :good

I don't think Spike is going to be televised, either.

How long before we see a bill half as good here again? Probably not until after both Degale and Dirrell have retired.

Even CT gets better boxing events, the casinos and the fact it's closer to NY I suppose......

Collins was already a two weight world champion who retired and only wanted one more fight, against Jones Jr. Calzaghe wasn't a champion by then. He wanted to fight the best in the world, not an up and comer. Why didn't Calzaghe fight Froch then?

Which is why Ireland are the reigning 6 nations champs the last two years and Wales aren't?

    That's a bit odd, isn't it?

    Crikey!
Spike is a larger-than-life character outside the ring and an exciting fighter inside it. If anything he is made for TV. Who's making those decisions? Maybe its time to re-advertise the job....:huh

A sports book is where you bet against the bookie (betfair)
An Exchange is where you bet against other punters upon agreeing odds (also on betfair).
With the likes of paddypower, Ladbrokes etc I think you can only bet against the bookie.

Who is this Welsh pr!ck whos been trolling in this thread the last while anyways? He's crying about nobody wanting to be Welsh so he takes it out on this thread and ruins the discussion. That sounds smart doesn't it?
