For all the obvious reasons ...size, jab, power, track record etc he has to be favourite alright. But if cej can avoid the power early on and make groves work harder than he is comfortable with, then the second half of the fight could favour cej.
I've never been completely convinced about groves engine. He seems to come to a point in misst of his fights where he seems to be gassing. If it happens against Eubank it could be fatal for him.

I agree with Groves stamina issues but just think Eubank is a less rounded boxer

He is..but I think junior just might be the one to take him out of his comfort zone.

Take him into deep water and drown him.
Groves doesn't knock everybody out. Plenty have gone the distance with him. Cej could too. Maybe he can't stop cej....and I think groves needs a stoppage to win here. I'm not sure he can ko cej.

Some very interesting results from this weekend's Elite championships:

Dean Walsh (going for his 5th title in a row) losing to Kieran Molloy.

Tony Browne (close runner up to Ward last year) losing to Caoimhin Hynes. Hynes was bouncing between 69kg and 75kg (where some felt he was too short), so the move to 81kg was really out of left field. This is a cracking result for him!

Also, anyone know why Okungbowa conceded a walkover Friday night?

Pity the entries were low but next week's finals should still be very interesting. Especially Superheavy..

Terrible situation for any promoter to put their boxer in,He doesnt enter a competition that has huge prizemoney and he would be one of the favourites to win out of a misplaced loyalty,
if they were as loyal they would be insisting he enter for the developement of his career,
Also i see Big sexy fighting in Germany under steve kavnaugh, any info on what happened Pete Taylor?Did he spek to somebody he shouldnt have,:nonono;)

Turner has a shot here, he has serious power and can take a punch aswel. You have to remember Turner had a great amateur career boxed all the top boys and done well against them Joshua to name 1. Don't think Hrgovic is as big a puncher as people think.

Sad to hear Andy Lee retried went to my first pro show was him and McKay in the stadium . An absolute gent and a great boxer .

Turner was outboxed by Sokolowski. Sokolowski was outboxed by Little. Little was KTFO by Hrgovic.
