Look.... . He could have picked as poked away....and waved the ref in... Etc.. HE new a stoppage was inevitable with Burnett crippled the way he was.... It was a bit naughty. ...
Ryan was very unlucky, he looked in charge. Strange injury On another note, Josh Taylor will be hard to beat at light welter
Agreed. Taylor looks great but I can’t warm to him as a person. Seems unpleasant and a bit of a bully...maybe Prograis will sort him out?
Sometimes a fighter doesn't have to be a choir boy to be appealing. As long as he does the business in the ring
Oh I know, Marty. I'm just giving my 2 cents worth.... .(.Which is more than can be said for the "submarines " on here - who only surface occasionally to sulk and instead of posting about boxing they post about not posting!! ). I just don't find Taylor pleasant and I'm even going off Shane mcguigan a bit. They could brush up on the charm Factor, those two. ...
Taylor is a very decent guy in general. I can't say i have watched his interviews recently or anything but he is a nice guy
You know more about him than I do then, I've no problem with that....just based on the little I've seen I didn't warm to him myself. ....just saying...
Think we'll just have to disagree on that one Len, I always look to the ref and the fighters own corner if there's a hint of a late stoppage. In the Burnett fight I also think there's sometimes an allowance if the bell is approaching. It was a difficult watch to see him being pummelled, but I think both the ref and the corner wanted to see if he could get back to the stool and somehow recover. Anyway on another note, do you happen to be from Kerry?
