I hope the Sutcliffe KO over Joyce goes up on youtube. I missed the fights last night but have been hearing all about this.

I think you can see it on the RTE site. Joyce looked so sad[he looked tearful] after the stoppage, I felt a bit sorry for him, even though I was cheering wildly for young Phil:-(

Can someone tell why o why judges dont seem to score body shots ? Im sure i didnt see a single one being scored last night and i saw some cracking ones being thrown and perfectly clean.

Good luck to john hopefully he can win but it is important that we see a continuation of the improvement we saw in his last fight.

Duddy looked well tonight. Always incontrol and i liked the corner john paid attention to him burns could really work well.Scary last round
Btw did anyone else hear the ref say lets give the crowd what they want wtf is that all about.

At the least, these improvements will give him easier nights against Vanda level opponents.

Still lots of holes in that defense. Funny that Vanda didn't throw an uppercut until the end.

 

the refs a *****...duddy did well...but should fight at lightmiddle...he needs a few fights like that before going 4 the title

 

if i was in vandas corner i would be pissed at him
