haven't heard anything myself. considering the fight is struggling €€€ wise it would be hard to imagine it would be too big a fight. I don't think paying much more for the card is really viable for Peters

Don't know the ins and outs but I'm just going on what I've been told. I was told that they are struggling to shift the more expensive tickets aren't selling at all. He said they are struggling to shift those seats which will make the money (rather than just cover the costs of staging it). I heard there were a few freebies fired out to try and stimulate interest as well (not complaining about the 6 I got though :D )

I think you only have to look at the advertising to know its not going too well. Every paper I buy every day has a leaflet for the fight in it. they seem to be pushing it hard. There are a LOT of tickets priced @ €90 €130 and €225.

The likes of us are going to pay a ton plus for a world title card. Problem is that joe public hasn't got that kind of money to pay on getting their event 'fix' anymore.

I hope, if it doesn't sell , they fire out a load of free tickets at the last minute. I've always thought that Bernard thrives on the hometown crowd (far too much for my liking to be honest) so big holes in the crowd won't do him any favours
