Fair play to him for admitting how badly hurt he was after the 2nd KD. A boxing interviewer would have got some good info out of him but that jug eared **** was never going to manage it. Dunne is incredibly hard to dislike though. He got a bit choked talking about his daughter. Defo wasn't part of the plan.

By the way, no shame in him still being tired a week later, but I'm fairly sure its a sign that he can't do the McGurn regime at SBW too many more times. It obviously takes a big, big toll on his body.

What are the chances of a move up to featherweight after a defense or two? He would be so much stronger at that weight and would probably have improved punch resistance too.

i think thats a good idea.i dont think bernard would want to take the easy way out but i also think feather is a weaker division

There was talk of a move up before the Cordoba fight but Dunne did not seem too keen on it.
I would love to see how he performs with that little bit of extra weight added to his improving power.

I don't think he wants to go FW but that would be the most sensible route

yeah its guaranteed...magee was champ...but stepped aside 2 let dodson + quigley fight 4 the vacant belt....on the understanding he would fight the winner...magee must have got a bung from hayemaker 2 do that:good
