That's a big step up for McCloskey, Witter is World Class on his day and a win for Paul would be a great achievement and surely launch him onto the World stage. I thought he would beat Branco all right but Witter is going to be tough, Really hope he pulls it off.

I just have a feeling that McCloskey will do him. If he does a really intensive training camp then he'll get the job done. The step up in class requires a step up in preparation. I'm sure he's prepared to put in the extra hard work. A win against Witter fires him into the big time. I'd love to see him do it and it is more than achievable. He has what it takes to beat Witter. That said, if he under prepares, underestimates or just generally doesn't come it primed and ready to go he could end up losing comprehensively.

I'd agree with prior opinion that Appleby probably has a bit too much for Lindsay but you never know. It's not about the dog in the fight sometimes its about the fight in the dog and he showed he has plenty of fight coming back and sparking Matthews.

As for Rogie, you just never know with the big lad. He's capable of anything. Being favourite doesn't suit him but he should get the job done here

Three interesting contests to look forward to all the same. Home advantage for our fighters has to be a big plus, and Appleby being only 21 will never have experienced the partisan atmosphere he will encounter in Belfast.:deal

After an impressive win against, an ageing but dangerous Eamon Magee, Healy is being lined up to fight the winner of PacMan - Hatton
