northern ireland is part of the uk and birmingham is in the uk also last time i checked..... you can change you nationality if you want or have the right , but maybe they didnt want to, boxrec has them down as uk citizens.

Rogan and McCloskey are clearly Irish & Macklin stated in an interview that he see's himself as Irish despite being born in England. You are obviously just looking for attention :roll:

Rogan is from west Belfast and McCloskey is from Dungiven, two very republican areas - i doubt you would get away with calling them Brits to their face.The fact that they have fought for British titles (while wearing their tri-colour trunks ) hardly makes them british regardless of what it says on boxrec
I think macklin is 60/40 british/irish, doesnt mean i cant support the guy though, mccloskey and rogan are irish. im from the north but have an irish passport so its not as cut and dry as you may think regarding territory and barry big balls, why dont you stop trolling threads for real boxing fans and go **** yourself
