So, we know that if Khan does actually win, a lot of people will be saying, "doesn't mean anything, Barerra was shot", which is ok.

Now, I haven't see his most recent fights, so I couldn't comment. But what does everyone else think of the 2008/9 version of Barerra?

MAB is a seven time world title winner, and has a win against the great Naseem Hamed on his record.

MAB last four fights included going the distance with the current Top 2 P4P fighters in the world.

Yes Barrera is shot but still He can KTFO Khan in spectacular fashin like Prescot did. But Khan if he stay outside and with Roach in his corner, have a chance to become the star they are hopping to be.

Not as good as he was, but not "shot". He's still a world class fighter in my book.

    No he isnt shot.

He is past prime. Probably somewhere inbetween youre 3rd or 4th option.

well we dont know what the 2009 version of Mab is cause he has not fought this year. But I do say he is a shot fighter. I also think he has enough skill to beat Khan.

Don't try and be clever. 2009 is two weeks old, so obviously your opinion on MAB circa 2008 will be ok.

He is WAY past his best, but clearly not the pudding Warren hopes he is.

Then let me be the first to say Calzaghe is shot, and if he did lose this year, it wouldnt mean a thing. Or Hop,Pac,Hatton,Klit,JMM etc etc etc.

Nothing MAB has done in his last 3 fights have indicated a SHOT fighter. NOTHING. Past Prime, yes.

I think he is way past it. With that said, he can give anyone(except the top dogs) big problems.

So for those who are saying that Mab is not shot are just looking for a way to say that Khan beat a big name opponent who still has good fight in them. Sounds like ya'll wanna give Khan credit for the win then claim that Mab was shot to begin with. Sounds like a couple of Khan fans to me.

Tell me how a "shot" fighter can go 12 competitive rounds with the current P4P #1 and #2? :huh

He obviously isn't shot. However, he is obviously well past his best.

And good look finding these "Khan fans" :-(

You still havent told us why you think he is shot?

I cant say he is shot, in his last three fights he's gone the distance with the top 2 on the planet and sparked a bloke. Hardly Jonesesque.

I can say he is past prime. If you wanna say way past prime, fair enough.

Even if im a Khan fan, whats that got to do with youre opinion of MAB.

    Khan fan right here :happy

Of course MAB isn't shot yet....it's a bit of an insult to both Pac and JMM to say that he's shot.

Khan deserves huge respect for taking this fight and i can't wait :good
