Is khan insane

His punch resistance has totally gone. That's one thing you can't really train. Regardless of how well-prepared he may be for the next fight, he still won't be able to handle Brook's power. Bad decision going for another fight.

 

I was reading through the thread to see if anyone else had picked up on this.

It’s the exact same situation - a once top level fighter’s body is now letting him down, best years well behind, goes into a grudge match and gets beat but has a rematch clause to double his cash grab.

They will find a valid excuse to sell it, whether it’s a broken hand, didn’t get as much notice as Brook or something happened in his build up that severely hampered him. It’ll sell decent enough again, Khan will get a million quid and it’ll be more one sided than the first one.

I really thought Khan would win the first one but looking at his performance there’s little to no chance he wins the rematch.

 

Khan made it quite obvious at the post fight presser, sticking his hand in his jacket etc etc

Dom Ingle got on it straight away telling Brook, he has hurt his hand...

Khan if anything knows how to play the game!!!

 

If Khan really wants a rematch then someone needs to tell him his health is more important. Seriously why you gonna risk your health for a fight you are never gonna win.

A rematch will see brook hurt him more than the first fight.

He (and his attention ***** wife) appear to spend it like it’s going out of fashion.

Coupled with the fact he’s a bit dim is a recipe for disaster when it comes to making sound financial decisions.

As if Sky would pay for this. Khan gave it what he had but he's finished he was hurt after 1 round. His hand might have been brokem but it's his punch resistance that's gone. He can't hold a decent shot.

Someone needs to sit him down and tell him he got an absolute kicking and leave the gloves hung up.

I don't think any boxing talk is required for this one. The only question is if the money is worth another pummeling.

 

Sky would be all over this again, bonafide ppv. They can sell the broken hand angle, khan stayed on his feet, and its Haye Bellew II all over again.

If Sky don't, then fast eddie and the zone will hoover it up and tie the shot to pieces winner and/or loser into a 2 fight deal with connor benn.

 

Sky would be all over it. They signed some guy from Geordie Shore ffs, they don’t care about credibility.
