I, personally, saw Spence as the number one in the division, but after tonight, I think he loses to Thurman, Crawford, and Pacquiao. His defense is leaky, he can't fight off the back foot, he's too slow, and he has overrated power imo. He's a good fighter but not a great fighter. Tonight, he got exposed.

He couldn't box Porter. He had to fight him. Thurman was able to avoid fighting Porter's fight.

Thurman is much more skilled, higher iq, better defense, and he is much faster. I think Thurman schools Spence.

Thurman beat Porter 7-5 just like Errol just did. Porter is a bad matchup for everyone in the division because he smothers his opponents.. Bud would have the same trouble Errol, Thurman and Kell had vs Porter

Same Porter from the Thurman fight and Brook fight. Look at how those to handled him compared to Spence. I can only imagine what Pre-Brook would've done to Spence.

It depends on how you rate(d) him. He's definitely not top 5 p4p, but Spence would probably still beat any welterweight not named Crawford.

And Crawford (as a welterweight) might be overrated as well.

Thurman 8-4 or 9-3 Porter, I don't see how you can say 7-5. Brook 8-4 Porter as well, due to his established Jab, strength, and ability.

He is a bit obviously. Him getting a SD shows he's not head and shoulders above the 2-3 guys who have actually fought real competition.

I have an honest question without bias. According to your logic Canelo would be considered overrated. He’s fought Trout,Lara,Cotto, GGG 1& 2 and Jacobs to razor close fights where the consensus is he’s lost 1 or 2 of those fights.. So he hasn’t proven to be head and shoulders above the rest and my point is this whole generation is overrated.
