In football, you know a team is playing every week no matter what. You can miss a bit of action and catch up. With a boxer, you need people to clear their diaries for the EVENT!
Not really. Khan will be back on Sky soon. Once he starts fighting fighters who can actually be marketed. Malinaggi was a crap opponent for Sky to build as Khans first fight in the US. Is anyone actually surprised ITV are not pushing this to the moon. ITV picked up this on the cheap and have no desire to support boxing long term.
