Neither. He likes to gamble on fights, and sometimes posts his picks beforehand. This is a fight that he thinks he can win a fair amount of money on. He is trying to set everyone up for an "I told you so" moment.
Menjivar is figthing a dude whoes had 8 fights 7-1 and all his opponents combined fights are around 10-15 and all of Azamat Gashimovs wins are over fighters in their debute fights. His only lose came to a fighter in his debute fight who retired after he won. It smells like some real serious padding in his record
Hasn't been fighting in one of the ...stans? Maybe his fighters have got incomplete records or there isn't much in the way of competition out there??
He hasnt been fighting in any of the "bigger" orgs over there and if not even M1 wated to pick him up then i dont know what the hell the ufc is doing
