7000 tickets sold. Not exactly terrible for all show with "no hype"

For perpesctive thats the same amount seen in the eubank v Williams fight.

I am going with Ryder in this one. Even though pedigree wise and skill wise this should be Jacob’s

I have always been a fan of his. I can see his hunger and work rate being the determining factor here. Jacob’s can be out worked and that could clinch it especially as he is fighting away from home and Ryder is due a decision after being robbed vs the skeleton.

Jacobs on points but probably makes hard work of it.

I just had to double check the Matchroom website that the fight was this Saturday.

This just goes to show the power of the Sky machine.

Hopefully Ryder is getting well paid, because even if he does pull off the upset it does not look like winning will do much for his profile.

Jacobs would have been beaten by Rosado if it were not for the biased judging. If Ryder can perform at least at the same level as Rosado, and I really think he can, then he should get an easy decision on British soil.

Watching the weigh in, I like this announcer Joe Martinez. Can't help but feel they'll get rid of him once Diamante is fit for duty again though.
