Is this kid back? I heard he was retiring a while ago? Got alot of time for this kid and his young and has time on his side. Plus he would be a great addition to 168 if he can tighten up his D and buckup mentally.

The kid has no chin - he would get KOed against any top 15 SM

Jaidon is a VERY good fighter. The problem is his a bit chinny his defence is a bit porous and his weak mentally. But the kid has some great tools. I think he lost alot of steam as the Bika fight took alot out of him and he lost his father. I think the kid needs to be built up slowly to get his confidence back. Fighting Manfredo would be a good start as his not much of a puncher.

He lost his confidence after the Greene fight and Bika just finished him off. He would need like 5 bums in a row now and then someone like Manfredo to get his confidence back up.

ahhhh the guy who almost won the contender. I think he falls short competeing with the top ten in the division. great fighter but his heart and confidence must be stattered by now

Egg for a chin won't get him far in this division, unfortunately.

how about jaidon codrington versus curtis stephens vs joe greene vs daniel jacobs....

    who wins that tournament.

They are all local NY fighters with the same trainers from LI strong brothers.

i want to say daniel jacobs is the best but he has been fighting bums...so its hard to say.

I'm not necessarilly disagreeing with you, sir. But damn, IMO it's his defense more than chin. Look at how many BIG hayemakers he took from Bika before they could call it off. Anybody's chin would go with that many clean bombs landing, for that long of a time. IMO, he has no defense, which could be improved, and maybe he could still be fun to have around.

The Green match was just that. Jaidon was green, it was one of his earlier fights, and against Green to boot. He got nailed cold in the opening seconds of the first round and that was that.

But I don't think a glass chin would have gone that many rounds of getting tagged against Bika.

Codrington should retire because of his Glass Jaw. No trainer, manager, or promoter will be able to keep him from getting brutally KOed again.

Khan should follow his lead it is only going to lead to disaster if he keeps fighting because his Glass Jaw is so bad.
