    What was that crap Saturday night? Imitation is the worst form of flattery. The kid has some talent but **** me when is someone going to teach him how to throw a punch? That nonsense was cringe worthy.

    Because thats what Sports Network do. Minimal risk for the most reward. Degale is nonsense. Even at this early stage of his career he's severely lacking in core fundamentals. Dont blame him for striking while the irons hot but with a style like that he wont go far as a pro.

    I have said on here a few times that if Degale wants to maximise his potential in the paid ranks he needs to switch trainers...

    I like Jimmy Mc but I just don't think he is the man for Degale... I hope that I am proved wrong...

    Jimmy Mc will get him superfit for sure... But Degale needs a bit more than this right now...:yep

    he went back to 4 rounds because of a minor injury according to warren but if he had any injury then surely he cant box at all?

    His sense of distance is poor and he never turns his punches over. His technique is pretty bad. He has not natural power and his technique to deliver power is zero.

    But is he with the right Trainer????

    Imo no. Danny Williams said recently he left Mcdonnell because he lacked the technical side of training. He's now back with him saying he's got better but for me DeGale needed a trainer to meet his needs and skills. It was very sad to see what we saw.

    Who do you think would be a better trainer for Degale than Jimmy McDonnell? Not that i like McDonnell..

    A few hours with the Mayweathers is hardly going to do much for him.

    I think most of us from day 1 said he was with the wrong trainer. He will end up like Khan did before he jumped ship to Roach. It will take him losing to prompt him to look at himself.

    He has always slapped like a big girls blouse and not sure if anyone can do anything about that now. The guys a real stinker.

    ormance was **** poor .what's he guna do wen he has someone doggin him allnite and he doesn't have the power to keep them off.
