Whats this chap up to these days? I enjoyed watching his fights with dlae robinson on the undercard back in the day.

however his level was well and truely shown up when he lost to cosme rivera. rivera fought against zab judah and took a tremendous hiding and got stopped in the third. check out the punch at 1.54. Has a faster punch ever been thrown in the ring? I don't think so. I'd love to have seen the look on Hares face when he was watching Rivera take this hiding.

James is a good mate of mine, and a top bloke to boot.
He gave up with boxing some time ago now, but still does a bit of training here and there.
The big one for James was the fight with David Barnes. I think he expected to win that, and when it didn't go his way he lost a bit of belief in himself. He could have continued, but not at the level he wanted to.
Still, he made some good money and got out with all his faculties intact. More than can be said for a lot.
His best win was for the Commonwealth belt against Julian Holland. Great knockout that one.
