    Fifteen rounds, modern gloves?
He beats Braddock,Carnera, and Galento,I'm confident of that.
Baer would be a decision which might go either way.imo
Schmeling would be a tough fight, not sure about it.
Could he catch up with Floyd and Archie? Probably.
I think Jersey Joe outmanouvers him and takes a decision.

Hard to say the best footage of him he is clearly shot - and doesn’t look that great. Based on his size and known athleticism i’d Pick him to beat from that list.

    Braddock
    Carnera
    Galento

Baer 50/50 size and power match up well plus iron chin like Jeffries.

Jeffries struggles with Corbett and Fitzsimmons although besting them on sheer willpower and size. Which lends me to believe he could be outboxed some and since the sport advanced greatly especially in number of fighters with good defensive footwork for the larger men I don’t think he catches

    Walcott
    Patterson
    Schmeling

Moore may pick him off with his power but Jeffries size and strength may get to him
    60/40 Jeffries

His era. 25 rds. 5 ounce gloves. No handwraps or mthpiece. Jim by KO. NOT ONLY THAT, but over 95% in heavyweight history. Liston, Foreman, Ali,

Personally I could see him consistantly knocking out
    Carnera
    Galento
    Moore
    And Walcott

I think patterson, schmeling, or Braddock all have the skills to take him to a u.d. I'd if they came to carefully box.

I think Baer would be the most interesting fight because it would be between two juggernaughts reminisent of the foreman Lyle fight and would make a good test to see how great of a slugger he was.

    Carnera--I like Jeffries.

Braddock--I don't see Jeff clowning around like Baer did, and I think Jeff would just prove too big and strong.

Max Baer--Well, Baer beat a lot of big guys and has some of the same assets as Jeff, with perhaps a more explosive punch. I think Jeff wins more often than not simply because he would come in focused. Baer losing to Uzcudun might show that carrying the fight to Baer (which few did) might well work better than one might imagine, and this would be the route for Jeff to take. But Jeff in fairness never fought anyone as big and powerful as Baer.

Galento--I like Jeff to do to him what Baer did.

Max Schmeling--Max did not have much movement, so he will be right in front of Jeff like he was for Baer. Looking at Schmeling's resume, he never beat anyone over 210 lbs. and his showing against Baer leaves me in doubt that he has the tools to handle Jeff, despite being much more skilled. Also, I think the way to handle Schmeling was to force the fight and keep him on the defensive so he couldn't throw that right. Getting into a sparring match like Louis did was playing into Max's hands. If Jeff lays back, perhaps Max has a good chance, but I see Jeff plowing in all night, and I honestly think a "Marciano style" attack is Max's worst nightmare, so I go with Jeff to wear Max out much like Baer did.

Patterson--could outbox Jeff, but I think his shaky chin, and his really poor performances against Liston make it unlikely to me that he avoids trips to the canvas which would cost him the decision, or simply gets stretched.

Walcott--I like Jersey Joe to outbox Jeffries. Unlike Schmeling, I think he has the exact skill set to give Jeff a bad time, although Schmeling might well have the style to have a good chance against Walcott.

Moore--despite being the light-heavy champ, Moore fought and defeated a lot of big guys over the years. Only Ali of the over 200 lb. guys he fought was able to beat him, and he fought several fellows as big or bigger than Jeff. The question for me is can Jeff keep the pressure on by throwing punches at the work rate that Marciano did. He seems much more of a throw one and wrestle, and then throw another and wrestle, type, off the very limited footage available. He might wear Archie down with body work, but I think the more likely result would be something like the Valdes fight with Jeff eating a lot of punches, missing often, and probably suffering a great deal of facial damage. Jeff could beat Moore now and then, but I think Moore is the more likely winner most of the time.

I pick Jeffries to win all of the above fights, with Walcott, Schmeling, and Baer giving him the toughest matches. Not sure if he would win all 8 though.

    Braddock is stopped in 14
    Galento KO'd in 12
    Carnera KO'd in 11
    Schmeling wins a decision.
Baer and Jeffries fight to a draw
    Moore is stopped in 12
Patterson out speed's him to win a decision.
Walcott gets dropped a couple of times but ends up with a split decision win though it's disputed.
