    “I’m not playing,” former boxing champion James “Lights Out” Toney says about his debut in the UFC, Aug. 28 at UFC 118, held at the TD Garden in Boston, against former UFC heavyweight and light-heavyweight Randy “The Natural” Couture. “These guys were afraid to come to my sport, so I’m coming to theirs.”
    Toney hosted an informal brunch at MGM’s Wolfgang Puck’s today in Las Vegas to talk about his upcoming fight. “I’m the greatest fighter Couture’s ever fought,” he said. “And if he wants to stand up and fight, he’s gonna have a hell of a headache the next morning.”

    I have no doubt that Toney can take Couture satanding toe to toe, but how will he defend if it should go to the ground?

    Toney will get his ass creamed by a 47 year old Couture, whether its on the ground or on his feet. He's way out of his element here.

    Toney's Judo throws are far too advanced for Couture, Toney will dominate Couture on the ground and get a UD or a late rear naked choke. Toney mus NOT stand up with Couture, Couture has very fast hands and dangerous boxing skills.
