    That's the secret. And the opponent needs a good corner and better listen to instructions. And most importantly, use their feet.

    Then again, Montell Griffin wasn't a footwork guy but he certainly wasn't the type that threw punches that put him off balance either. Man, does Toney love the guys that go off balance firing punches at him. Those counters are deadly and he really lands flush.

    But footwork and mobility and a guy that circles counterclockwise are not going to suit James at all. He has to have a guy circling clockwise and trying to drop in right hand leads.

    Top notch conditioning are a requirement as well and Toney can be outworked in there. But with James it boils down to a style thing and he's kind of like a Kenny Norton to me---an opponent either cooperates or they don't and the results pretty much mirror that.

    i just watched the barkeley fight,
    he is a warrior no doubt.

    just before the end iran's trainer said "both your eyes are closed"

    iran "no!"

    trainer "what the hells wrong with you?! :blood fights over"

    Check out the step and uppercut from 6:20, beautiful stuff. He was on fire that night.
