Having been privilaged enought to watch Jamie Moore for the last 8 years, I can say that I've never had more respect for any other fighter than I have for Jamie. Time and time again, he has produced amazing performances and given us all some epic title bouts. British, Commonwealth and European champion @ Light Middle. The heart, soul and desire of a true champion. Whatever Jamie decides to do next, I for one will certainly respect it. He's always been 100% honest in his interviews - a fact he proved again tonight. Jamie, without exception, has been THE most exciting and entertaining fighter of recent years - consistantly fighting at a competitive level. Cheers for everything Jamie.
Doesn't look good for him now, could be worth giving it one more go at middleweight but I just don't see him having any success at SMW. Gutted for the lad.
How about you go watch some other Moore fights and come back when you know what your talking about, you complete ****ing ******. Jamie Moore has been an amazing fighter and a fantastic servant to British boxing....he will be remembered for a long time. Your post is an embarrassment
I agree. The opponent was made to order. The typical dude you would get in for a first fight at a new weight, someone to make you look good. He shouldn't be getting beat by guys like this, period. Look **** and win, thats the minimum requirement. He also seemed a bit bitter in the interview, talking about not getting the respect in his career that he thought he deserved. And the talk about moving up to SMW, after getting beat by a journeyman MW.......bad signs all around I'm afraid.
It was really sad to that badly faded version of moore tonight..... It looked like his heart for the fight is gone and that was his biggest assest, enjoyable fighter to watch in his prime ie vs macklin, just a ***** to see him miss out on a world title shot.
didnt see it is he really going to SMW??? hes too ****ing small naturally, short arms and not quick enough movement to match the current SMW's good fighter to watch though. hope he can make it back, barker looks like it could happen now
I am gutted :-(. I missed the fight myself. What went wrong? The notion that he could lose the fight didn't even enter my head. Whatever Jamie decides to do I wish him all the best, he is one of the most likable chaps in the sport who has given boxing fans so many entertaining nights. He can hold his head up high and be proud of his achievements and the way he has conducted himself throughout his career. A true gentleman and a warrior. I can't see how going up to SMW would do him any good so I hope that doesn't happen.
Shut the **** up you cockend, if this is the first time you have seen Jamie Moore fight, then you cant judge him and have no place discussing him in a Britsh Forum. You mug!
U dont call him a fool though u muppet! If u knew boxing u wouldnt EVER put 'fool' and jamie moore in the same sentence. DICK
