Given that he's a puncher fighting an inexperienced prospect who doesn't look like he has the best chin in a title fight in his back yard in a couple of days, I'd have to be mad to bet against him ever winning a title, wouldn't I? You won't make much money at the bookies betting on that either - Froch is only 4/3 for the win.

But one thing's to pick him against Pascal, as I and many others do, and another thing is to pick him against everyone else, except possibly Kessler, as you do...., on the basis of what he's shown so far. ;)

Decebellend is just being a wanker. Pascal is a good top level fighter, so too is Froch. We should get a good fight and it may be pretty even. I hope Froch comes through with the win. One thing is for certain we will not get the disgusting scenes that tarnished the Bute vs Andrade fight. Bute should retire in shame but he has no pride and will keep going along his merry way while ****** fans defend him.

Neither of these guys have done very much. Difference is Froch is now 31, he needs to kick on now. I think he'll win but I don't know anything about Pascal so it's a bit of a ignorant prediction. I think he'll lose when he comes up against his first top quality opposition and maybe pascals the man, maybe he's not.

dwilson what a avatar. Did you come up with the incredibly accurate summary yourself?

Looking on youtube he seemed quite quick but very open. Also it didn't look like he could bang much.

If he's cagey it could go all the way but if he thinks he can open up without taking one back he's in trouble and probably early.

I saw Pascal against Kingsley Ikeke and thought he was very good. He outclassed Kingsley and shut him out of the fight which is very had to do. Froch is good but doesn`t look quite top flight to me.However at their level, both stepping up , its impossible to tell who is the better fighter. This will be a great bout and if one wins well then he`ll be a genuine contender. I fancy Pascall but only just.

Nah I would have gone with the words 'Gerrard is a ****' but my avatar pick will have to do for the moment.

I've only really seen Pascal on Youtube but youtue tends to focus on all the good parts of a boxers fights and doesn't show the whole picture.

I hope that was a joke someone saying that Froch will ko Kessler!?!?!?
    Thats a funny one :rofl
Froch has a big mouth but I am not sure his talent matches up.
Pascal can fight and he will bring his A game for this one as it is a big fight with lucrative opportunities for the winner.
I usually always get behind British fighters regardless but Froch is just too cocky. I hope Pascal wins. :good
