Thats about his only hope, and theres also a decent chance he gets starched. He didn't exactly win his last fight in convincing fashion. In fact im not sure he won it at all.

i'll pull for lacy as everyone has written him off, but a victory seems unlikely

It's hard to beat gatekeepers when you got one foot out the door let alone top-10 guys. Lacy's career is just an illustration of how quickly one can go from prominence to absolutely nowhere in this sport. In Jeff's case it took 36 minutes. Personally, I think his corner should have bailed him out after 9 rounds against Calzaghe to spare him further punishment and psychological damage but that's a whole other issue.

Taylor must win this fight. Lacy is on the wane.

JT could very well ko lacy who has been hurt bad in 3 of his last four fights. I like both fighters but see JT getting the KO.

JT will win convincingly. It's a safe bet really.

Well, you said it yourself, he's fighting top level guys. Do you expect him to dominate the best in the world? :nut

no more power. No real will to box. And, anyway, even at his best, he would have lost to JT. I have to go with Taylor.

well, neither man looks great at this point. Taylor himself is coming off two losses. but it seems that lacy has been breaking down while taylor still sufferes from technical issues. taylor by a close ud seems likely but dont be suprised if lacy pulls it out.

Lacy has more power than Pavlik. Americans use to say he was a 168 pound mike tyson. Lacy wins by TKO in RD8.

Lacy looks devoid of any self belief or drive since he came back from the Calzaghe loss. But I like him a lot and would love him to pull off the upset.

Are you fu*ken kidding me? The guy landed countless hard, flush shots on Mendoza and Mendoza simply didn't budge. Right now, he has no power. No stamina. No confidence. He basically retired before deciding to fight again. This is a last pay day for the guy.
