    Serious question Jeff my good man, after you had made the weight, how much lbs could you gain by fight time, & was it tough trying to eat/drink normal amounts after cutting back so dramatically for weeks beforehand?

    After I weighed in at 9st 4lbs I came in at about 9st 12- so i put on quite alot.... but actually suffered with a bad stomach for a few days after the fight... My body simply couldn't cope with all the food. Proper top class guys can lose and put on much more than I could!
