I've been inactive for 18 months so i'm really not the best person to ask... but i don't really pile on weight by eating pies and drinking guiness. I'm a gym freak so when I get bigger its just muscle mostly. Old school is the best way- it seems to be very fasionable for boxers to self induge and then get back into training but thats just not me. It does have its plus points though.
has your injuries cleared up then? Sparring with the likes of gomez wont do you any harm lets hope for a title of some sorts in '08 Jeff!!!
