Jermaine comes across as a classy guy. A lot classier than motormouth Froch. By continuing to slate Calzaghe even after he's retired, Froch has lost himself a lot of British fans. I couldn't care less who wins this fight anymore. As for Taylor, he continues to get little respect or appreciation by a lot of people. He's being called a coward for ducking Kessler. A coward. The very guy who has faced Hopkins twice, Wright, and who took another shot at Pavlik after being savagely KOd. The last thing Taylor is is a coward. He has a lot of class, and deserves a hell of a lot more respect than he is getting.
I follow JT because Pavlik is the local. After the second fight with Pavlik there was just no way I could not like him. Even to the point of hoping they don't have to fight again. Duck Kessler? Not sure I heard anyone say that. Well, no one I would listen to. We now know Palle has impeded Kessler after his first defeat. JT has had one comeback fight and his first real entry into 168. His second fight looks like it will be for a title if Froch signs. Kessler was not an option for his comeback fight and wasn't availble for this one.
