No I never heard of the Showtime SMW tournament that already covered this.

    I have.

Taylor has the skills to win big, but does he have the stamina to last a full 12 rounds?

Abraham prefers to slow dance, so Jermian's stamina should not be a problem. He's been 12 rounds 9 times and that includes 2 fights with BHop, a fight with Winky, and a fight with Pavlik.

It is difficult to have a lot of confidence in JT right now. He might be ruined. However, if he can still perform at the same level as he did in the Pavlik rematch, he should beat Abraham by a fairly wide UD. The sticking point lies in the fact that the fight is in Germany, and in Germany you would have to send Abraham out an a stretcher in order to win a split decision.

All good points, and yes, boxing in Germany is a high risk, like boxing in Thailand. You have to win by KO.

Showtimes involvement might be the saving grace. Since they will be airing the fight, if JT gets robbed, the whole world will witness it.

Taylor fights anybody. He's good for the sport.

Abraham by stoppage, but it wouldn't surprise me that much to see Taylor outbox him to a decision.

Abraham - Taylor, 10 th Oktober in Berlin, is announced in the German press in nearly every paper and website, , so something`s really going on.
It`s said to be a part of a SMW tournement, with all current champions and topdogs.

Nothing would surprise me from Jermain right now. Jermain at his best would NEVER get caught by Abraham's wide-looping shots, but Jermain may not be able to rise back up to the top of his game ever again. In the thread I made yesterday I specifically said, "This could prove to be his demise, or it could prove to be his path back to the top of the spot." Right now neither outcome would surprise me, but god damnit, I'll be pulling for JT all the way.

I heard that on ESPN.com but i'm not sure that it'll be in Germany ... they need to have the fight in Vegas or in Conn.
