Is there a more biased and annoying commentator in the world?

If jim watt doesn't like a certain boxers style he thinks there rubbish
Boxers more successful than him never get his backing
Changes his pre fight prediction every time sometimes every round

The only way to watch a fight he is commentating on is too turn the sound off and judge it yourself his scoring is shocking and he will have you believe a fighter is clearly winning when its really close

Is he the best sky can get? I think new blood is needed, Tyson fury is going to make a great pundit one day lol

I've always wondered How long one could tolerate him and Teddy Atlas sharing a commentary... Man that would Bust yer Heed!

I don't say him/they are a 100% wrong about things, but they are Annoying as _uck... he's been around too long for this veiwer anyway.

Should be an option on SKY where you have no commentary but still have the atmosphere of the crowd. With the HD element & tech today should be like the football.Watt (commentary) & McCrory (studio) stale comments repeated again & again.

Some good young commentators like Paulie M who have something different to we should try & bring over here more. Here you can add Jamie Moore & Tony Bellew i enjoy listening to them here they break down a fight pretty well.

Watt is bad, but not quite as bad as Halling. Don't think I've ever encountered such an unashamedly Brit-biased commentator as the latter. Couple that with his general mediocrity behind the mic and you've got a recipe for the horror we've had to endure this season on Sky.

Sky definitely need to shake things up.

Halling is awful don't know how he got the boxing commentary job he used to be on SKY in the studio for NFL games.

Ian Darke was a good commentator for SKY Halling to quote a phrase of his 'looking a bit domestic level in there'.

Watt is not as bad as people make out, Halling is the one who needs to go imo. Adam Smith and Glen Mcrory are also awful pundits.

Give specific examples of Watt botching commentaries...otherwise your opinion is worthless.

Personally I think he is good overall, but a "company man" all the way. A Sky "yes-man". But knows his stuff, and like I say generally good enough for me....dunno....

    Ian Darke was good, too.

They really should revamp and change their commentary, get rid of Watt and Halling both are terrible and unbearable, its not like their are no good commentators to replace them, Jamie Moore would be quality out with Watt in with Jamie, also i reckon Andy Lee would make a great commentator he speaks with knowledge and articulately Sky commentary really is **** poor when Watt or Halling are calling.
