    Bivins was just unlucky. Like many great fighters of the time Bivins lacked the proper management to get him a shot, plus his style wasn't very crowd pleasing, lie Burley somewhat, which is why he was under rated

    It was more a management issue.

    His big career fight was against Joe Louis, when he was still pretty good.
