was his whole gameplan based on GG having a shocker and freezing?

that is the dumbest **** ever. Booth bases his gameplan on his opponents having their best ever performance.

Quote from Jimmy Mac,"You notice how the eyes never lie, have you seen the state of his eyes today, there's the truth right there!"

You're absolutely right Jim,i've seen the state of Defail's eyes after the fight,at the post fight press conference & the interview he gave on sky sports yesterday & that moron is absolutely devasted, distraught & mentally destroyed & he's never going to be the same again!!!:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

Jim,i imagine you'll be looking for a new job shortly & i don't see many fighters requiring you services as a trainer after your stellar corner work on saturday night but not to worry, you can always audition for the part of an Orc in The Hobbit!!!!! :thumbsup

Tbh he's punchy and also i think on the marching powder. He's lost it bigtime i think he's getting worse. I wouldn't be shocked if he does something stupid in future...

Out of this whole fight Jim McDonnell is the biggest loser.

James DeGale can come again. The damage this has done to McDonells reputation is irreparable.

There is no coming back from how he behaved pre-fight. He had one chance at redemption at that was to say after the fight "respect to George Groves, he fought a great fight. We underestimated him & we must make sure we never do that again"

    He didn't & now he's ****ed!!

Talk about getting it wrong big time! For a trainer to underestimate a fighter who had already beaten your fighter in the past is beyond redemption.

The boy Degale has bags of talent, he needed guidance & discipline. This guy & the Skysports team did Degale no favours - although I admit I wanted Degale to lose. But the boy is talented no doubt. I remember the naysayers doing the same to Amir Khan after his loss and He's more than proved people wrong. I hope for his sake he ditches this ***** and sorts himself out. Its not over for Degale. It is for Jimmy Mac.

Jim McDonnell is the biggest fool out of this. I don't really mind DeGale talking trash and bigging himself up, that's fine nearly every boxer does that. But their trainers don't. Certainly not to the extent that he was. He genuinely thought it was gonna be an easy fight and was openly telling DeGale this all camp :patsch

Dunno i watched him over years and of late he seems really agitated at times and dunno he doesn't seem same guy. He was always a bit of a headbanger but he seems to be getting more aggressive and dunno i just think way he's giving it large with the bet he wanted with Booth.

Dunno just sorta behavior you get from lads in pub who been shoving **** up hooter. Probably wrong but dunno... behavior's strange.
