Anyone have any rough idea what Smokin' Joe threw on average?

I remember watching his match against Ramos months ago and he had to of thrown close to or more then a 100 punches during one of those rounds and I found that incredible.

    So, anyone?

I think the The Fight of the Century was the heavyweight fight with most punches before Ike Ibeabuchi vs David Tua dethroned it (1,730 in total with Ibeabuchi setting a record of 975). But Frazier's workrate was awesome for a man of his size.

I counted them during their first fight a while back. Here are Frazier's stats:

    Round 1 31
    Round 2 29
    Round 3 37
    Round 4 42
    Round 5 38
    Round 6 54
    Round 7 51
    Round 8 73
    Round 9 44
    Round 10 49
    Round 11 63
    Round 12 53
    Round 13 62
    Round 14 32
    Round 15 43

    Total punches thrown: 701.
Average punch output per round: 47.

Notice that unlike most fighters, Frazier rarely jabs. I'd guess that at least 70% of those punches had full steam behind them.

I was wondering what his stats were as well. Those are pretty good stats considering almost every punch he throws is meant to take your head off or shatter your ribs.
