Was Frazier-Quarry 2 the only time the great man refereed a bout ?

Louis seemed to tower over Frazier and Quarry in their bout ... seemed bigger than the 6'2" as listed ...

I didn't realize Joe refereed his last bout barely four and a half years before he died. When he passed, it seemed as if he'd been at death's door forever, but how many years has it been now since Ali could have managed officiating a six round bout? (It's been less than five years since Frazier sparred with Willie Herenton in Memphis.) In December 1976, Louis looked all right in the corner of Tiger Williams against Shavers (possibly his last nationally televised appearance before surgery for an aortic aneurysm in 1977 sent him into a POV/scooter/wheelchair for the rest of his life), but that didn't present the same physical demands performing as a third man would.
