    Cheers for these :good
I probably phrased that wrong, when saying I wasn't terribly impressed I kinda meant it compared to what I had heard about him if you know what I mean. He just seems kinda flat footed and easy to hit, I don't know what others feel that's just my opinion

If all heavyweights were the same size he'd be the best head to head. Not one of the best. The best.
Louis is by no means a small heavyweight, but he's not a giant either. I bleive that the modern skilled giants: Lewis, Bowe and the brothers Klitchko would beat him. Truthfuly the only one that I'm 100% confidant about is Bowe because of his very good chin. Other than that. I'd be somewhat impressed by anyone who made it to the final bell. He's not fast, but he's smart and knows how to put himself in poisition to land knockout blows. His defense is also underrated. Make one mistake against Joe Louis, it might be your last mistake against Joe Louis.

It's quite simple, mysterious stranger. If you're not incredibly impressed by him, then you don't know incredibly much about what you're looking at when you watch boxing. I wish you better days, however. Good luck, laddie.

Prime Louis would be favored to beat them all including a prime Ali,what Frazier could do with the hook Louis could do faster shorter and better and he a right hand of many variations that also had great force and speed......crowding fighters like Dempsey and Marciano present a problem and Walcotts pinpoint power a problem but Louis should prevail

Apt analysis. When I first saw footage of Joe I thought he looked
flat footed, crude, slow, and somewhat primitive, until he
caught the guy with a perfect counter left hook dropping him
for the count. I agree his power and craftiness really put him
high H2H and he has a ahot against anyone. Perfect technique
and form, always in position, and very clever and aware.
Knockout power in both hands, he knows how to take his time.
Fighters that could beat him and/or give him trouble: Ali
Tyson,Bowe, Lewis. An elite technician or a special talent
at the least is needed to beat Joe.
