I think Jofre's losses to Harada should affect his legacy at least to some degree. But I think even moreso can be said of Olivares' losses to Herrera, given that Olivares was KO'd in one of the fights, and was pretty thoroughly outfought on what were supposed to be his own terms. I think Olivares' losses to Herrera weight heavily against him when comparing him to other great bantams.
Yeah, on a separate note, the fights are great. I don't remember the rounds, but Jofre takes a smashing in one of them, and he comes out next round blitzing Harada with these long raking punching combinations. I remember Salsanchezfan said it great- Jofre let it be known he wasn't willing to go quietly.
Ruben was dropped once in this bout also, the scoring as you mentioned was one sided but Castillo fought hard all the way. The scribes at the time wrote that Ruben landed large amounts of short left hooks throughout-changing his style from the first go of open power shots. Castillo, who believed he was better then Ruben, kind of said it all in "he was a little better then me this time."
