After living through Foreman v Shaver, how about a genuine pick 'em between these two devastating but limited punchers, I fancy the cuter Ingo over the more powerful Ernie but what do you think?

I honestly think that prime Johansson would get there the quickest with his Bingo.

Just thinking they would make a great round robin but Baer's chin would see them off for sure.

Ingo would panic and run like he did in the Olympics vs Sanders.

Once Shavers forces Ingo to the ropes it's all over and Ingo let's himself get
    TKO'ed.

Shavers always gets recognition for his punching power but Ingo was right up there with him. If i had to pick one it would be Ingo knocking out Shavers. I dont think Shavers KO's Machen and Ingo did. Quarry stopped Shavers in one round and Ingo punched harder than Quarry. Not saying Ingo was better than Quarry, but while Quarry was an excellent puncher, Ingo had more one punch power than Quarry.

Ingo's got the pop but not the whiskers. Quarry could trade with Shavers because he had an iron chin. Not so for Ingo. Shavers KO 2.
