    didnt he loose out on his british mandatory position when he faced Bell?

    john will hopefully be named mandatory tomorrow for lindsay and they can fight real some

    simpson has wanted this fight for some time but was contracted to fight steve bell otherwise john wanted martin lindsay so he could win the lonsdale belt outright and move on to bigger things

    that would be domestic fight of the year in my opinion ....
    id have t pick martin but the two lads are class operaters who are goin on t bigger and better things without a doubt

    Lindsay would be the favourite for the fight and that's understandable. But by no means is this a foregone. This will be Lindsay's toughest fight to date, tougher than the Appleby fight. If both men are 100% it could be epic.

    people think wee john is just strength and durability, ask his opponents of late the skill the guys got you'd be very suprised

    I think Lindsay has the very slight edge on speed, but I'd take John to beat him, would love to see this one
