I went ahead and purchased this for the small fee it cost to read on Kindle. Only halfway thru so far but well worth the money in my opinon. Interesting to read the first hand accounts of the three fights in New Orleans in 1892 involving McAuliffe, Dixon and Sullivan/Corbett and the stories surrounding the travel there and back from New York.

Finished reading this and have to say it was $4 very well spent. Very interesting to read the first hand accounts of all the great fights this fellow attended including the likes of John L. Sullivan vs. James Corbett, George Dixon, Jack McAuliffe, Young Griffo, Joe Walcott, Kid Lavigne, Peter Maher, Joe Gans, Bob Fitzsimmons and numerous others. An interesting slice of boxing history. I wish it was available in printed form.
