Beterbiev should be too good for Johnson. Props to Johnson for taking it as everyone else seems to be avoiding Beterbiev but this is a huge step up.
I like the guy, and he's a Johnson with balls at least, but he's getting levelled. I so hoped we would have gotten Beterbiev vs Browne. Maybe some day in the future
Excited about the boxing this weekend, got this fight which could be an absolute barnstormer, plus Inoue, and Catterall v Davies. I’m working all weekend but will be streaming it on my phone Would love Johnson to do a job here but the facts are that he’s had a minute and half of ring time in 2 years. Credit to him taking the fight though.
Props to him for taking the gamble but I think he gets ironed out here. Beterbiev hasn't been the most active and Johnson can certainly whack, but I don't see the upset. Also how on Earth is McCaskill fighting for a world title again?!

I think like most Johnson is a big underdog and it will be a shock if he pulls it off. As mentioned his lack of ring time in recent years wont do him any good. He has good amateur pedigree and has power with is always handy as a big underdog, as you have a punchers chance at least. With all these facts I would suggest his best chance would be if he goes and has a shoot out from the opening bell.
Johnson has an excellent chance of the upset, beterbiev is very very hittable and has been dropped by softer punchers in the past
Beterbiev to win via KO in middle rounds. I expect a fast start from Johnson though, and think he'll win the first few rounds.
