Joining the Track team...

    at my high school next week, what are the advantages and disadvantages of this as for as my boxing training is concerned?????

    There is no disadvantage unless it will cut into your training time

    but no bad things physically for boxing right?????

    Of course not, track does wonders to any athlete

    Should be great for your conditioning. Just make sure you're eating enough to have energy for both.

    yea, it'll probably get me more cut up and my legs will be strong as heck

    yea, track is gonna be my 7th (and last) period in school, and i get out of school at 2:25, and then i'll go to the gym at like 5:30 and eat some fruit or something before i go
