look what hopkins did to pavlik and look how defensive and scared he was here joe took it to him and won.

Exactly styles do make fights and Jones is much faster than Hopkins so that changes up the scenerio for Joe. I think Jones has faired well in recent times...Not the typical Jones but if you grade him as a normal fighter then he hasn't done too bad. Bais anti-Americans at ESB neglect the skills he has shown recently so you have ignore the extremist on both sides.

Joe is the fresher but I think Jones is still the faster and has the best footwork. Joe has the stamina and intensity as well and that is the last thing that Jones needs at this stage in his career. So I give Joe the edge...

What I don't know is how well Jones will be able to half step and turn to counter Joe in the fight. If he can do that and counter well I think Jones will win...if he cant then he could get out worked and out hustled.

 

what people don't realise is that pressure bust pipes...Joe can talk all that **** he wants to, but he has NEVER been on this stage in his life. It's like he's face to face with a legend...Bob Barker of boxing, a legend. Joe is way too east to hit, and he keeps his chip up the whole fight...wide punches will get him clocked all night in what will not be an upset for me when Roy does what I know he will do.
