    Duilio Loi and Carlos Ortiz at junior welter.
    IMO I think Napoles would decisively beat both...What does the board think?

    Going back few decades Napoles was one of the great welters, to your question Ortiz never wanted that fight. I think his greatest mistake was to challenge Monzon a big middle. Napoles was a complete fighter.

    Yes, Napoles would have beaten both of them with room to spare.

    I hold both Loi and especially Ortiz in high regard, but Mantequilla outclasses them both in 15 round decisions...that's how special Napoles was.

    Mantequilla was a great fighter....kinda like Duran & Hammering Hank Armstrong who jumped certain Divisions not as champs. Napoles vs Duran vs Armstrong would be an interesting combinations of fights.
