Noticed this bloke from the Commonwealth games then looked him up and his amateur results have been very good. Is he likely to go pro anytime soon, and how would he do?
Don't really know,mate,but Id like to see him go pro,though he's probably getting good money as an amateur and is not exactly a young boxer. Neither do I know what he does outside boxing,though he seems to be an intelligent guy who could probably pursue something else with reasonable success. If he did I think he could do well,maybe get a British title. Could see him getting to the stage where he beats the ***ton,John Mac, Olubamiwo type opponents. But not the Fury,Chisora,Price,Hughie Fury types.
Plus I don't know how much you've seen of him,but he's nowhere near the amateur that Joshua was. Ive seen him a few times,mostly wins,but a few losses to men you'd expect Anthony to beat. Big,strong lad,brave but very basic and not the quickest boxer. But as I say I think it would be enough to be fairly successful as a pro.
