I’d take Burns, don’t think it’s him though. Ricky would still give Josh rounds but zero chance of winning. But only guys who could trouble or beat Josh are tied up.

 

All about money now, well deserved. Pay day vs Crolla in second fight option too but if that doesn’t happen. He might see Taylor as other big payday at this stage or career.

 

Yeah that's unfortunate all those guys are tied up..the burns fight isn't a bad choice for the both of them because it would earn them good money and possibly give josh the chance to gain more fans passing of the torch kinda thing..but doesn't really do it for me tbh. I would still go to see it right enough! What about somebody coming up from 135 or down from welter? Something a bit outside the box like Vazquez was?

Cannot see Skippy Burns selling many tickets for the Jock Hydro Arena after seriously shafting all those Jocks who forked out for the Indongo fight.

'Waited all my life for this big unification fight' and 'cannot wait to get in there on Sat' roared Burns at the weigh-in. When it came to fight night, he fought like Hughie The Skirt Fury skipping away every second of every round to a tame points loss losing every round.

Surely the Jocks will boycott this fight big time as it really is a waste of space fight for Taylor.

 

If it's burns fair enough it makes sense..and hopefully it gets more fans on board for ttt!

 

You know fine well that fight sells. What else out there even comes close to selling out Hydro ?

 

I hope for Ricky Burns sake that it’s not Ricky Burns. Taylor would punch the face clean off him.

 

Indongo beat the guy that beat burns that could be a interesting fight well if indongo has not got a easier fight lined uo

 

The Jocks have been rogered twice now by Burns in the tame defeats to Crawford and Indongo where he skipped away all night.

Surely they don't come back for more now as he was finished after the Beltran fight.

It is beyond belief that tickets are currently being sold with no opponent confirmed for Taylor.

 

Now that is a decent piece of match making given Taylor's talent in the ring at this stage of his career.

He will learn nothing feasting on Burns.

I know the burns fight is a nothing fight lol hearn wouldn't let it happen anyway his not done milking burns yet there's got to be a rematch against crolla even if crolla did clearly win but matchroom put out there bs cards and the crew all said it was close and everything the matchroom crew says is true lol
