As a jock, I've heard jock plenty over the years but never once have I heard anyone call us scotch. Not even Americans when they're giving it the old I am 1/38 twice removed step-Scottish. As for Taylor, he's just been on the wrong networks so far in terms of getting the causal support. Prograis fight felt like the beginning of something new for him but it didn't pan out that way. Time will tell. I'm a fan but I can see why folk might be put off by him especially in fight week.
Must be a location thing I’m from Newcastle, and there is a guy who drinks in the bar and he’s even called Scotch Jack. Back to Taylor, looking forward to seeing him against Jack, be interesting to see if Taylor can become a draw and a face of British boxing, God knows we need someone at the moment after Joshua loosing.

Never once seen Taylor get any criticism for his in ring ability. People may not like him outside the ring but everyone appreciates how good he is. I for one think he’s a bit of a tit hut if he was fighting Crawford tomorrow or another decent fighter I’d be one of the first ones with a ticket.
Taylor is a spiteful in the ring and definitely a bit prickly out of it but I guarantee he would never ***** slap,throw furniture,or spit in opponents faces.certain people can do things like that get love for it and benefit their careers.others would be committing career suicide and be despised.
unfortunately not yet but being on sky sports (if they push him properly ) should make him appeal more casuals and more Interest in him The scary fact is he's accomplished alot very early and still many huge fights out for him
I like him and I get why he is the way he is. Great boxer, he's doing things that nobody else in the game is at the moment, it's crazy.
