    Now i've always backed Hearn up coz i like him and think some of the stick he gets is ridiculous sometimes, but this is beyond a joke now. The biggest fight he's ever been involved in and we're 3 and a bit weeks out and all thats been announced is Quigg v Simion fgs. i find it hard to believe he's had fights all confirmed and not announced them so i'm assuming this is gonna be the worst card he's put on. No matter how good the main event is, it could be over in a round, this is indefensible imo.

    Have to agree. Surely Campbell vs Mendy will be announced this week?! Also another world title fight?! This is what Hearn pretty much promised..

    not 100% but im fairly sure he said there would be 2-3 world title fights and he wanted to make campbell/mendy, i don't see how he can do that in 3 weeks

    I feel sorry for people who have bought tickets. I went to Froch-Groves, which was a good event with a decent card. But even in the first tier you couldn't see well and then it's an absolute nightmare trying to get home after.

    Now here you have a fight that could end in one round, it's in colder weather and you have women's boxing to look forward to on the undercard. What a joke of an event lol.

    so do i...coz i bought them lol, i'm on the pitch though. I wouldn't mind seeing womens boxing if it was a decent fight, but with 3 weeks to go, he'll probably wheel out another Michael Scofield lookalike like her last opponent

    Too much money on the main event as usual.

    This could be a big spectacle for boxing world wide and get more people interested but they will just end up watching a card of pure drivel.

    Dont like then dont pay....simple

    Hate sayings like that because this is what we get seved up. How could they have not put the Murray Rosado fight on this card

    "don't like then, don't pay" doesnt apply to buying tickets before the undercard has been announced, you can't predict it.

    But its the matchroom model. Cheapest undercard possible what do they expect?

    90,000 tickets sold plus probably around 500-800k ppvs and they wont put on a good card! When will they put on a good card then?

    Could easily have paid for 3 good fights except we will see 6 hours of bums getting beat

    i'm not saying what you said was wrong, you're pretty bang on, just the "don't like it, don't pay" coz thats mainly used for PPV. But if any card was going to be good, you'd expect it to be this one, but his cards are getting worse and worse. The Crolla card was just dismal, i know it wasn't PPV but god it was bad

    Well people could answer with their wallets but truth is Hearn has the casual market in his back pocket so real boxing fans dont have a chance.

    I went to an AJ card and at the bar a guy said to me 'cant wait to see AJ knock this guy out, hes a monster' to which i replied im excited to see Lee Selby again as im a massive fan. The guy looked at me with a clueless look on his face. He had zero idea who Selby was never mind he was on next!! Haha

    Turned out to be decent. Degale scored a cracking KO and the Mitchell fight was decent. Wasn't a great undercard but it is far, far better than this one.

    Anyway I'm sure they'll wheel out Conor Benn to KO some absolute plonker of a boxer. I'm out of the country for this one and not sure if I'll even be able to watch the main event live and I'm not that fussed. Fight and the event in general doesn't have me too buzzed.

    For the record I think Wlad wins this.
