So I made it to the show just in time for the Williams fight.

Joyce - Thought it was a very close fight, not sure how all the cards were so wide! How did it look on tv? One thing I will say is Joyce has a chin and half on him!

Dubois Gorman - Gorman was shocked at Dubois power. You could see in round 1 tgat he wasnt expecting that power and that put him into a shell even before he took any big shots.

I was very impressed with Dubois he is still very reckless but showed a very good jab, power and a chin too! He looked like a stone cold killer in there tonight and I would love to see him against Whyte inn the next 18 months. Dubois is improving alot!

Also have to say massive credit to Warren he really built up Gorman well but he knew all along it was fodder for Dubois. Even before the fight he was in Dubois corner.

I had Joyce clear winner but yes wasn't as wide as the cards suggested. Clear win though. Did you clock Joyce getting badly hurt from a left hook to the body in Round 1?

Great feedback mate. Joyce- most all on here though it was extremely close but the commentary you wouldn't believe. It made Sky's look textbook fair.

Good shout on Gorman and Dubois power. I picked Gorman to win but knew from 1 min in when he was getting walked back to the ropes and obviously wondering how the hell he was going to trade. Interesting re Frank and the corner. Guess it was true then.

I did clock that and said to the Mrs he's hurt now watch him take a big left upstairs as he dropped his right hand to protect the body, and right on cue he took a left upstairs!

Yeah Gorman looked confident at first bit as soon as he felt that power, even on the arms his whole demeanour changed. He looked very uncomfortable in there.

Nice one mate, interesting. Some things you simply cannot grasp from watching telly.

Did you think that Joyce was badly hurt throughout the whole fight from that left or was that just the way he managed Jennings?

That body shot hurt him pretty bad and made him lower his right hand for a couple.of rounds. After that he looked fine but ate alot of big shots. I'd say Jennings landed alot more of those shots that get the crowd saying 'ooooo' if you know what I mean. Many people around me were shocked at the cards to be honest.

So glad I didn’t put a bet on tonight. I thought Joyce would stop him. He was definitely deserving on the cards, backed Jennings up, threw more shots, showed better affective aggression. When he was hurt he would throw several back instead of retreating back into his shell. Jennings landed the cleaner work but there just wasn’t enough of it to nick the rounds.

Joyce ruined my bet of Halep to win the tennis, Williams ko, Dubois ko and Joyce ko. I’m not his mate right now. He proved he had great chin and we all know about his engine for his size but omg he’s slow and he doesn’t pick shots well. 90 percent of his shots were just hitting gloves, I know it’s hard when Jennings wasn’t offering much but there just isn’t much nous there. Also, his power didn’t ever look like seriously worrying Jennings when he did get though.

Agreed bud. Joyce looked a bit perplexed in how to dismantle him. Jennings could see most of it coming and managed to parry and block most of Joyce’s work. To me, I felt Joyce’s attack was way too predictable. He needed to step back imo vary the power and invite Jennings to get braver and open up so he could try and catch him. In a sense, I felt he smothered his own work at times. Deserved the win, not as wide as that but he did enough.

I was unconvinced by Joyce, not sure he deserved the win. Fight was pretty even. Both fighters seemed to cancel each other out. Joyce threw punches, Jennings blocked them. Occasionally Joyce would land. Occasionally Jennings would throw, and land.

    The commentary was ridiculous.
Rawling even seemed to be putting pressure on Barry Jones to score the rounds for Joyce ! LOL

    He was.

And as I said numerous times last night and will say again - this was the level of bias displayed when they commented on Fury Wilder. The fight that people are outraged by that the judges had it like they did. The same judges who didn't hear the commentary. Think on people.
