I don't know about putting a price on it but he should get 50/50 even though Pac will still be the bigger draw.
In any negotiation you don't start with the figure you actually want but start much higher so you can negotiate to it so $15 million may do it. I'm pretty sure Pac-Marquez 5 does at least 1.5million PPV's so that's over $100 million revenue right there, there's more then enough to go round and paying both Marquez and Pac $20 million guaranteed should be fair unless Toprank are being greedy as usual.
Not gonna happen, JMM ain't getting one dime...PAC's Team will remember that for JMM it's not about money but legacy that is most important. They'll grant JMM his wish and let him fight Bradley for the belt and $1 million dollars.
