Ironically when you attend live shows the boxing starts early 6pm or even sooner ... bringing the whole card to your home is the idea behind this and you really need to make a night of it... though the Friday or Saturday fight nights with an 8pm start time with a couple of really good fights on sky anyway seems to be long gone ..... Ultimately people that just want to watch the main events could maybe watch Britain’s got talent with a Packet of biscuits then switch over to the pay per view at 10.15ish for the ring walks ... then even complain more for paying for it in the first place
It's knackering watching all the small fights mismatches. I remember Joshua - Wlad, big group of us met, my advice was this could be a long night.... So we watched Ali G in Da House movie instead before main event. Classic
Personally i'd rather the opportunity to watch all the fights, even with the mismatches etc, if a fights really **** when im watching i just wont pay as much attention or go and get some scran etc. I get that for some fans though, especially more casual boxing viewers theyd rather just see a couple of the bigger, better fights than a four hour show. That can be easily solved by say putting most the undercard on ITV 4 etc or even youtube, then boring cnuts like myself can still watch every minute
