Did anybody see this fight? By all accounts a bit of a war, I've saw IFL with Keates at the end he looked fairly marked up but won clear by sounds of it, I don't know him at all but wanted him to win just after the Ohara Davies fight then Cooke ripping into him at press conference/weigh in he got my sympathy vote.

Side Note - Did anybody notice Max McCracken clip Jon Pegg at the end of the Eggington fight?

Yeah I think that fight and the lightweight title were on into the early morning.

That's the best way, was playing it back as nobody on sky mentions it but on the camera angle you can see it happen then ends up other way where you can see Peggs face

Yeah I was laughing at Peggs reaction but really it's good to hear all smoothed over, and It appears Pegg put's a lot of work in for Midlands boxing so hats off to him

That would be about right, theres an IFL interview with Hearn who's obviously leaving in empty back bit and can hear fight still going on. Was pleased for Keates as every time I've seen him poor blokes been getting abuse and not saying a lot back

Keates his a sound lad. He just wants to box not interested in trash talking so fair play to him.
Yeah Jon is doing great things with his stable for the midlands. He also attends alot of shows wen his not working and is very approachable to talk boxing with. All round nice guy

That's it, set yourself up for a fall going into all that trash talking, especially when your opponent isn't really saying a lot so it's not bad blood. That's good to hear boxing needs people like that to grow
